Transparencies Unleashed: The Art of Layering 2027
Layering transparent glass can be a daunting task. There are so many variables to be aware of; saturation, color, tonality, strikers and reactions. We will explore and unlock all the mysteries involved. You will learn how to double design, create new color palettes, work deep, experiment with reactions and frit casting, and create ‘faux stained glass’!
Coldshop techniques will be taught and demonstrated in our top notch facility.
5 projects will be completed.
You will be working with a lot of gold glass in this workshop!
When you come to my workshops, you don’t come to learn one technique. You WILL be dealing with one concept, but you will learn multiple techniques that have been applied to that concept. Each project will teach you something different, and you will most likely produce more projects than the numbers of days you are in attendance!
This workshop will open up a whole new world and enable you to create unique works of art.
Prerequisite: Proficient cutting skills

Deposit = $600
Balance = $600
Full Price = $1,200
You will be charged the balance 60 days prior to workshop date!
~ A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot in all workshops. The balance is due 60 days prior to the workshop date.
We are now charging a $25 fee to join our workshop waiting lists. If you get offered a spot in a workshop, the $25 fee will go towards your deposit. If you are offered a spot and DO NOT take it, you will lose half of your $25 fee. If we don’t have any cancellations, your $25 fee will be refunded.
