6” Square Sushi Slumper
This slumping form creates a classic shape - what people call a square 6” sushi plate. There are features that make our former different. First, it has a closed bottom. That makes it possible to set it up on kiln posts for better heat circulation. Second, it has a low profile so if doesn’t interfere with the pyrometers in small, front-loading jewelry kilns. Third, it’s overall size. Plainly, it is small enough to fit in an 8” kiln and leave enough space between the kiln walls and mold’s sides.
We either use Zyp or our Kiln Wash Sprayer to coat our texture and casting molds. We never use a brush! Use our Spray Shelter to prevent overspray when coating your molds.
